Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Boviva. We strive to deliver satisfying products and shopping experience to every customer.

You may return eligible items within 30 calendar days after you receive your package. All returned items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging and in resalable condition. Clearance items, personalized products and perishable goods are not eligible for return or exchange.

To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer service via email: amberrodriguez501@hotmail.com, and provide your order number and relevant details. We will guide you through the return process.

Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will issue your refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective, damaged or shipped incorrectly on our side.
